The New KitchenAid Pasta Roller, Already an Excellent Kitchen Appliance

The Kitchen Aid Pasta Roller set is a great new addition to an already excellent family of kitchen appliances, allowing you to create a delicious base for you meals with even more ease than before! The new chrome plated steel design is not only beautiful but also hygienic, letting you simply wipe and be done. The Kitchen Aid Pasta Roller not only has the cutting implements for the dough, but also includes an adjustable roller that moulds it ready for cutting. All you need to do is put the ingredients you want, wait for the kneading, and then use the cutter to get an amazingly quick and easy answer to the family meal.

The benefits of having fresh pasta speak for themselves; being able to impress your friends at dinner parties, not to mention introducing you children to the benefits of healthy eating. Pasta is such a diverse and reliable foodstuff that you aren’t ever going to get bored with the massive varieties of recipes out there waiting for you to try. The cost benefits of making your own pasta mean that this product will pay for itself, as using fresh base ingredients usually works out to be much cheaper than the over processed pasta of the supermarkets.

The way the system works, you don’t need to get both your hands, and the machine, dirty! The electronic system allows you to draw the dough into the cutters without having to manually turn a crank, which could potentially fall all over the place and create a mess in the kitchen and uneven and messy pasta. With the Kitchen Aid, this isn’t going to happen, as long as you hold the dough in the right place, slowing pushing it into the device, the even and clean cutters will create a dish worthy of the restaurant!

The kneading process which can be such a chore is completely taken care of by the Kitchen Aid device, the product is so well designed that it will ensure that the ingredients are all completely mixed without so much as a lump. All this without the hassle and bother of trying to do it yourself. The way the system works means that the device can create an excellent dough even when the measurements aren’t perfect, as much of the problems with traditionally made fresh pasta is down to the mixing process rather than the actual ingredients.

On the matter of ingredients, the Kitchen Aid Pasta Roller is as adaptable as any other roller on the market, giving you the chance to experiment with any number of ingredients and pasta types, including; spinach, semolina, whole wheat and egg free! This diversity with what you can make means that it isn’t the appliance that you’ll be using once and then forgetting about, something that we all do with some less useful kitchen gadgets. The appeal of making fresh pasta for your family in a range of different flavors, colours and shapes means that the Kitchen Aid Pasta Roller is a must have for any modern kitchen.

Coffee Grinders: For That Perfect Blend

Are you one of those people who hate the taste of instant coffee and don’t mind taking the extra effort of buying the prefect blend of aromatic and flavorful coffee beans, roasting them to perfection and grinding them to make the most delicious cup of coffee? The wonderful parts is that there are so many options in the market when it comes to coffee grinders that you can now get the perfect blend at the touch of a button.

If you like to wake up to the taste and aroma of the most perfectly made coffee than you simply cant settle for the run of the mill coffee powders available in the market, for the extra taste you will need to put in the extra effort, so lets start with choosing the ideal coffee grinder for the job.

One of the cheapest coffee grinders in the market is the Mr Coffee IDS76 Electric 12 Cup Coffee Grinder; this cherry red model with its 3 fineness levels is a steal for just $19.88. Another inexpensive version from the same company is the Mr Coffee IDS59 Electric 2-2/7 Ounce Coffee Grinder for just $19.99.

One of my personal favorites albeit slightly expensive, as compared to the two models mentioned above, is the Hamilton Beach80374 Custom Grind Hands-Free Coffee Grinder; the piece is all black and is sturdy enough to give you years of service, it s a good buy for $31.59 given the various features that the models boasts of. Another model that I recommend is the space saver Hamilton Beach 80365 Custom Grind Hands- Free Coffee Grinder Platinum for just $25.36.

If you are looking for a Burr Mill Coffee Grinder, there are two options for you which are the most sought after models in the market both are from Cuisinart.

The first is the Cuisinart Supreme Grind Automatic Burr Mill CCM-16PC1 for $47.40 and the other is the Cusinart BDM-8 Supreme Grinder Automatic Burr Mill for $39.99.

A high end model is the elegantly designed KitchenAid ProLine Burr Coffee Grinder in an impressive shade of onyx black. This is one of the more expensive pieces in the market at $163.88. A model that is priced a few dollars lower is the Saeco GT-1 Titan Conical Burr Grinder at $119.52. If price is not an object than I would recommend the La Pavoni PA-JV Jelly Burr Grinder Black at $410.

If you travel often and cannot do without a cup of freshly ground coffee early in the morning, you may want to consider purchasing one of these two models:

The Procter Silex Fresh Grind Coffee Grinder#E160b at just $16.95, good coffee simply does not get more affordable than this. Then there is also the B&D Coffee Grinder CBG100S at $16.89.

As you can see, there are several versions to choose from when buying a coffee grinder. Base your purchase decisions on the frequency of use, the amount of coffee that you would like to grind and the number of people who enjoy

    ground coffee

in your house.
